The school association here at Queen Katherine School is a friendly group of parents, friends of the school and staff. We organise many events throughout the year (as well as squeezing in some socialising!) and have recently raised money for the whole school, including supporting the new music suite devlopment, library books, art materials etc
Those of us who are part of the association have found the additional contact with the school enjoyable and beneficial and we would very much welcome new members to the group.
However we realise that people lead busy lives and it is not always possible to make a commitment to attending meetings and events. We therefore have a number of parents and friends who help at one or more of our fund-raising events on a regular basis. We are happy to add any new volunteers to the list, the more the merrier!
